SOMERSET AT LAUDERDALE LAKES is pleased to begin offering our owners an additional way in which to interact with the Association for the future.    Florida Condominium Law now requires  that each condominium association have a website.

You will now have access to official condominium documents and financial information that are required to be offered, but, as time goes on, you will see additional resources that should be of interest as well.  Until we work through how these resources can be integrated with Somerset’s current practices, you should continue to interact with the Association as you have in the past on things such as pet and vehicle registrations and forms use.

The Board of Directors and Management will be pleased to hear from you with comments and suggestions and also with updates on each owner’s contact information and the like.
